Do you have COD?

We do not offer COD as of now. However, rest assured your order will be dispatched safely and will reach you on time.

How fast can my order be shipped?

If the item/items ordered are available in stock, then they will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

If it is a customised order, the timeline will be communicated to you via WhatsApp/mail /call.

The order I have received looks a bit different from the photo on the website

Handmade lovers will know that every piece made by human hands have variations. That’s the beauty of it! However, the lighting used during photography makes a difference sometimes. We try and keep the photography as close as possible to the original piece.

How to take care of hand painted/ terracotta jewellery and Home décor items?

Storage: Store the jewellery in the box it comes in or in a separate box . Do not put it along with other jewellery or in open trays.

Cleaning: Though these pieces do not need any cleaning, you can just wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any chemicals.

Handling: While terracotta is stronger than ceramic, it can still break/chip. So take care while wearing or removing and do not drop it.

Home décor: All home décor items come with either varnish or resin coating. You can just wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth (not a wet cloth).

How to customise a product?

How are the jewellery or home décor products protected?

The hand painted pendants are all either coated with varnish or resin. This is a protective coating and will keep the colours intact. Home décor items are again, all coated with varnish or resin.
