In case you wish to cancel your order (which does not happen usually😊), please do so before the product is booked for pick up by the courier service. We will do a full refund.

If you have received the product in a damaged condition upon opening, please share a video/photo of the same.

We will assess the damage and then depending on the outcome, we will either do a refund or ship a replacement if available. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive the product in a damaged /tampered condition (externally) due to courier handling, please refuse the package and contact us on WhatsApp or mail. Share a photo or a video with us so that the courier company can be informed.Â
